We also recommend it for dipping pickles, apples, watermelon, mango, pineapple or any fruit.  
Our dip is made with an apricot fruit preserve base, hibiscus, lime and our chili pepper-sea salt blend.  That is it, which we think is the best part and what makes ours one of its kind.
